My all time favorite videogame has to be Legend Of Zelda, A Link To The Past for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).
modern games just don't stand up to that anymore. I had to play it without internet, and it was balls-hard, but do-able!
Modern games are either too hard, that you really can't win it without a walkthrough, or they are too easy and straight-forward.
also, I'm a HUGE fan of the entire Command & Conquer series for the PC, bought every game twice (since the first one didn't work anymore... the disc was scratched.. really played the hell out of it)
recently played Dead Space 2 (... scary...) and Bulletstorm.
Bulletstorm is a game that's all about skill-kills, special ways to off your enemy... like... shooting him in the nuts... and kick his head off X_x
