| Wow Nan ,sorry for sounding insensitive.
It's CRAZY THAT in 2010 America even with 14 states having legalized medical use of weed, Many Americans are more comfortable with coming out of Gay closet than the Marijuana closet The main reason being prosecution, even in states where its legal and more accepted people still get harassed by authorities family and get stereotyped has lazy druggies etc.
Andrew Sullivan a brittish gay blogger called The Daily Dish has a occasional piece on people called the cannabis closet,its interesting check it if you like.
Marijuana is a wonderful incredible medicine it should be fully enjoyed for recreational and for pain relief purposes.

| Well drugs isn't really done yet in Europe either.
It is legal here in NL. well I guess thats what we are famous for, coffeeshops that sell drugs, red light district with hookers, and gays with equal rights. I have this awsome video about this American tv show (fox something) and this guy is like 'In Amsterdam, organized crime is through the roof!' .. okay? Where? The crime rate in the US is still 4 times as high, as is the amout of people who OD on drugs:p Wait, maybe I can find it its hillarious http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPUTt_Z4WSQ We have wonderful naive Ideas about safe sex and smoking grass.. (at least thats what they say.. :P)
There are more parts and also this video that goes against it and shows actual statistics on NL versus US.
